With it's excellent variety of holes, the course is a pleasure to play, whatever one's handicap level. It demands both skill and tactical play and is acknowledged both locally and internationally as one of Portugal's best constructed layouts. Many of the holes can be remembered even after playing the course only once. The golf valet service and reception provide a pleasant touch in the traditional hospitable Portuguese way, in order to make visitors welcome and felt as if at home. Apart from housing the reception, pro-shop, golfer's locker rooms and Clube de Campo restaurant, the clubhouse includes a first floor multi-purpose room with a view and capacity for 200 people, suitable for various functions, such as tournament prize giving ceremonies and business meetings. Every day the Clube de Campo restaurant produces a menu offering the best of Portuguese and internationally know fare. Also available are light meals highly appreciated by golfers, at weekends there is a well maintained buffet.
