Old Village is an unusual private development nestling within the Pinhal Golf Course in Vilamoura. It was modeled on the famous development of Port Marian in Wales, which was made famous by the television program "The Prisoner".

There is ample car parking on the outskirts of the village for the visitors wishing to hire cars.
